in an effort to waste precious time while updating the people in my life whom I can’t ever get it together enough to call about my life, I have decided that a live journal is appropriate. since I somehow still have time during the day to waste after doing the crossword puzzle and playing on storypeople.com, livejournal.com is serving the important purpose of making sure I get nothing done. I can’t image how productive I would be without the internet, but I can imagine how bored and understimulated. So, we turned in our briefs yesterday, and since then I have been unable to re-concentrate my efforts in the direction of my classes. and my classes are feeling a little neglected. especially my civil procedure book and my property book. I know they are taking it personally and were rather jealous of my writing book, which is ridiculous because writing book has been ignored all year and has again been abandoned permenately. Cristina and I are hiding in the annex because we (well, mostly me) are not very good at staying focused when people are walking around. I think two loves of my life, Betsy and Nick, are coming to visit me this weekend (or maybe they are coming to see pat green, I get confused), and I am very excited. I saw darling engaged Ashley on Sunday, and we sat outside starbucks and watched the big clock tick the day away while we chatted about diamonds, weightloss, sex, georgia, crushes, and a little bit of gossip in the sunshine. Last night the law school had a party for us, which was lots of fun…..I didn’t get too drunk, and I got a good night’s sleep. okay, now I am going to go get some actual work done.
