Libby and I discussed today that sometimes we don’t understand why sometimes we are happy and sometimes we aren’t. I like this post by Larry about mood swings. I don’t think I want to get rid of the mountains and valleys, but I do agree that they both take a lot of energy.

i liked what larry had to say
Hey! I am procrastinating before going to sleep. Ashley and I went to see Friday Night Lights tonight. It was okay but nothing super fabulous. I liked what Larry had to say. I liked this part the best:
The best antidote is to love: love yourself, love people, love God. When you do that, it makes you feel SO GOOD.
Okay, going to sleep. Love you!
I think I have it pretty well settled why sometimes I’m happy and sometimes I’m not: sometimes I have drugs, and sometimes I run out. Everyone’s life should be so simple.
