is the kind of day where you MUST wash your feet before you go to sleep – even if you don’t have to tak e a shower. Even better if you don’t have to take a shower. It just means your last couple of hours awake were good ones. But then again – I think shoes are optional from may to september. Even in walmart.
I know – what ev. Kill me. As mama would say – I’ll lay down and you can kick me. As Travers would say – I’ll go up the road. Feet are good for getting dirty in my world. They wash well.

While I happen to agree with you about shoes being optional, I wanted to mention that, upon first read, I thought that line said “I’ll lay down and you can lick me.”
Which would be very odd for a mom to say.
Please take it from me, who absolutely has to wash my feet each night before getting into bed, I hate washing my feet. It doesn’t necessarily mean that my last couple of hours were good ones, it means that the city streets of New York are disgusting and die my feet black. Love you!
