I really apologize everyone, I have lots to say, I just don’t have time to say it. I’m having a really good time on the island, and it is really laid back. Coming to the internet place is hard when there is so much other stuff to do, like lay out in the sun and hang out with people. Mom and I spent almost our entire drive to Carrollton last week reading your journal entries. And let me tell you how much we enjoyed them! Sounds like you are having a great time over there. Rough life! I’m sitting at my desk at R.W.Allen imagining all my friends who are being adventurous in Europe…and I’m living vicariously through all of you! So, thanks! It’s made my days here not quite as boring. I almost forget I’m here and not there when I get deep into reading them…that is until the phone rings and I repeat for the 100th time today “Good morning, R.W.Allen.” But, I am vital to the company so what can I say. I’ve sent you a few emails. I don’t know if you don’t check them or you just don’t respond to them so I decided to try this thing out. I know you have fun with it and all, but honestly I’m a little uncomfortable with it. Can’t all the other people reading this read my response? It’s just so impersonal. I guess I’m kind of a private person. But anyway, I’m glad you’re having fun and I’m glad that you’re tan. I can’t wait for you to come home so you can have some drinks at the Modjeska. There’s more I would like to say but I just can’t bring myself to do knowing that a bunch of other people might be reading it as well. I always wanted to win a gold medal for shot put and I’m beginning to think my window is closing. This is where you come in…all you gotsta do is wait for the Olympics to end, find the winner of men’s shot put, beat him up and take his medal. Simple as pie. It would look pretty keen with the boxing championship belt I also plan to acquire in order to shake up the wardrobe for 2L.

Charlsie!! I just got through reading all your journal entries from Rhodes…I laughed so hard on a couple of those that I cried. I’ve heard myself tell the same stories over and over since I’ve been home, but for some reason hearing (or, I guess, reading) your rendition makes it all seem so much funnier. I can’t believe how much I miss you and Alex already! I got the pictures from our “amazing race” adventure developed. There are some good ones–especially the ones of us on the donkeys. I got doubles so I’ll be sure to send them to you when you get back. Hope you’re having fun with your new roommate. Sorry she can’t be as cool as me–not very many people are. ;)I can’t wait to hear about the dynamics of Spetses…they’ve gotta be better than Rhodes!

Kallie!!! I miss you so much!!! My new roommate could never compare, even if we ever really talked. Spetses is so awesome, all we ever do is lay around and hang out. I have gotten to be really good friends with Erin, Andy, Michael, Purna, Mike, and Rea. But I really miss you. and I really miss Alex. I can’t wait to actually talk to you, it is a lot harder here because the computers are so far away, but I am going to try to do better. oh, and I’m so glad we went to santorini when we did, cause I don’t have the energy anymore, and I like doing nothing on spetses. plus, it is difficult to get to, and I couldn’t have found a better travel partner than you. I’m so happy the pictures turned out, we are going to have to have a monster swap. keep me posted, I love you and I miss you!!
